Thank you for considering Advantage Personal Training! Our mission at Advantage is to be the best part of your day. Our company’s goal is to help as many people as possible bring exercise into their daily lifestyle. For most people, exercise is boring. We pride ourselves on creating fun and effective exercise programs.
This program is for the person who wants it all: Eight 1-on-1 personal coaching sessions at the facility each month and unlimited team training. Those who sign up for this program are people who have specific exercise restrictions that require 1-on-1 instruction. You also receive full access, additional support and personal guidance to get the most out of your strength and conditioning program.
This program is for the person who wants 1-on-1 personal coaching, four times per month with a certified coach, full access and all the other elements of the Advantage Personal Training program.
The Performance Plus* is the foundation program of the Advantage system. You will be hard pressed to find another facility that provides a fully guided, personalized workout everytime you exercise. With up to Twelve Small-Group trainings and unlimited Team Training, this program is for the person who loves the accountability and professional guidance whenever and as often as they like.
With the Performance option you get up to Four Small-Group training sessions per month, as well as unlimited Team training, full access, additional support and personal guidance. This program is a good balance of cost and accountability.
Team Training for the person who prefers to do their cardio in an energetic large group setting. Team Training involves 1 coach and 6 or more exercisers. These sessions are conducted in a timed-interval circuit format. The Team Training times are predetermined and do not require an appointment.
We offer 3 options for Team Training: Foundations (Beginners), Afterburn (Advanced), and Industrial Strength (Mixed-skill level looking to build strength).
In a personalized setting, clients will meet with one of our certified trainers and benefit from in-depth instruction, while focusing on your specific goals.
In the Small Group setting, we will place you in the proper level of training for your goals and concerns. During your training sessions, you will meet with one of our certified trainers in our Small Group format (2-4 people). In this personalized setting, you will be exposed to in-depth instruction while focusing on your specific goals. It’s just as good as private personal training at a fraction of the cost with the added motivation of your workout partners.
*Important to remember: There can be too much of a good thing in working out. Muscle rest and recovery is essential to your strength training plan, so for optimum results we recommend limiting yourself to 3 strength training sessions/ week, and 4-5 Team Trainings per week.
We want you in the gym and training, but we also want you to be safe and make proper progress. That?s the Advantage way!
