Privacy policy
Last updated October 19, 2026.
Advantage Personal Training runs this website for its gyms in Mystic and Niantic, Connecticut. This policy explains what the site collects, why, and who receives it.
What you give us
When you book a free session, you give us the gym you chose, your first name, your email and your phone number, and your last name if you add it.
When you register for a workshop, the registration form, provided by GoHighLevel, sends the details you enter on it straight to the gym hosting the workshop.
When you buy an offer on this site, you give us your name, email and phone number, and your payment card goes to Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
What the site records with it
Along with a booking or a purchase, the site sends how you found us: the page you were on, the page where your visit started and when, the website that sent you, and any ad or campaign codes in the link you clicked (from Google, Facebook, Instagram, Microsoft, TikTok or LinkedIn ads, for example). Our server also records your IP address and the browser you used.
How we use it
We use your information to contact you about your session or purchase by phone, text or email, to set up your session at the gym you chose, to take payment, and to learn which ads and pages bring people to us. Your request goes only to the gym you chose.
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share your mobile number with anyone for their own marketing. If we text you, reply STOP at any time to stop the texts.
Who receives it
GoHighLevel holds each gym’s contact list, where your booking, workshop registration or purchase is saved.
Stripe processes payments for offers bought on this site.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google measure our ads, and Google Analytics counts visits, bookings and purchases. Their tags note your visit, and when you buy an offer we tell Meta about the purchase. Your contact details are hashed (scrambled) before they are sent.
Adsu connects each booking or purchase to the ad or page that brought it, so we know which advertising works.
PostHog shows us how visitors use the site, such as which pages they visit and what they click, so we can improve it.
YouTube plays the videos in some articles. A video loads from YouTube only when you press play.
Vercel hosts the site, counts page visits without cookies (Vercel Web Analytics), and keeps standard server logs of each visit.
Cookies
The site keeps three small notes in your browser: one remembers the ad or link that first brought you here, one remembers the page where your visit started, and one stops a purchase from being counted twice if you reload the confirmation page. The Meta, Google, Adsu and PostHog tags set their own cookies to recognize return visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site still works without them.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop hearing from us, call or visit either gym.
