Weekend Workout (Memorial Day)

Here is a great workout you can do at a park this weekend.

Perform the first superset before moving on to the second superset.

Superset 1

5 sets of 5 reps of Pull-ups or Reclined Rows






5 sets of 5 reps of Squat to bench or Single Leg Squat to bench

5 Sets of 50 yard Sprints or Fast Walking


Superset 2

3 Sets of 15 reps Push-ups or Elevated Push-ups

3 Sets of 15 reps of Swing set Leg Curls

3 Sets of 15 reps of Swing set Knee Tucks

Finish with 800 meter Jog or Walk
